The Sanwa JLF-CD arcade joystick shaft cover and dust washer are a perfect match for your Sanwa JLF-TP-8YT joystick and OBSC buttons. Unscrew the top and slide these translucent parts onto your Sanwa JLF series stick for a colour matched look.  The kit also comes with a solid black dust washer which is usually placed under the control panel to help keep dust and debris out.
