DELIVERY TIMES
Most orders will be dispatched from our warehouse on the same day if placed by 2pm AEST. The shipping estimates below apply after your order leaves our warehouse.

* Delivery times are an estimate and actual delivery times may vary based on public holidays and peak periods. Bulky items may take longer. We typically use Australia Post and will provide a time estimate during the checkout process based on your address.
SPLIT SHIPMENTS
We have multiple warehouses. Some orders require multiple shipments from different warehouses. We will notify you if this applies to your order, as it will arrive in separate deliveries.
TRACKING
We will add a tracking number to your order upon processing, and we’ll also email it to you. You can use this tracking number to keep an eye on your delivery, however please take note that tracking is provided by the carrier and might not be 100% accurate.
INSURANCE AND OTHER OPTIONS
Our checkout process allows you to choose standard or express delivery, insurance and sign on delivery options for your package. As Pincade cannot be held liable for packages lost in transit we recommend insurance and even signature on delivery if your package is particularly valuable. Our standard delivery option includes up to $100 cover.
