These Terms and Conditons are made on behalf of Pincade, and all references to Pincade, “we” or “us” refers to Pincade the registered business in Australia. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding contract between you, the customer, and Pincade. By placing an order on this site you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms please contact us and do not place an order.
Pincade reserves the right to change these terms, website functionality and/or website operation without notice.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
The website Pincade.com.au is operated by Pincade. All products listed on this site are described to the best of our abilities including specifications obtained through the manufacturer or by us directly. All care is taken to ensure that this information is correct but it’s possible we’ve made a mistake here or there – please let us know if you find any errors and we’ll be eternally grateful.
The photographs of goods shown are for illustrative purposes only. Producst may vary and colour is a good example of this. If you’re trying to colour match buttons with joystick tops for example we recommend buying from the same manufacturer. Please contact us if you’d like assistance.
PAYMENT
All orders, including shipping, are to be finalised 100% up front before products are shipped, and products remain the property of Pincade until payment is finalised.
Products are not assigned to your order until payment is made.
We provide 3 methods of payment, Direct Deposit / Paypal and Credit Card.
Both Credit Card and Paypal payment options incur a small surcharge calculated at,
Paypal: 30c + 2.6%
Credit Card: 25c + 1.5%
The surcharge amount appears as an extra line item in your check-out overview before clicking ‘Place Order’.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Pincade tries it’s best to keep an extensive array of products in stock and this is reflected in an accurate and up to date item count on our web site. Out of stock items are indicated as such and you’re welcome to add these products to your wishlist, however please note that we hold shipment until all products are in stock. If you’d prefer to have your partial order dispatched please contact us to discuss the best way forward.
THE WISHLIST
You’ll see a feature on our site called the Wishlist which you can use for a couple of purposes:
The first reason to use the Wishlist is to build up a list of products you’re keen to buy but you’re not quite ready to insert coin on. Simply click “Add to Wishlist” as you browse products and when you’re ready you can add them to your cart and proceed through to the checkout.
The second reason to use the Wishlist is to keep an eye on stock levels – if an item you want is out of stock then add it to your Wishlist and the system will send you an email when it’s available again!
Wishlists are available both to anonymous guests on the site and also registered users however for the email system to work we’d need to know your email address. Please rest assured that we will never hand your email address out to marketing companies or spammers.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITIES
Under no circumstances will Pincade be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or other damages resulting from any product purchased from us beyond the value of the item purchased, including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, or loss of programs or information. We reserve the right to change any specification, design, model and or other information without notice.
