Go to “Support Download”
Make sure the OS recognizes " HID Transfer " device (update mode).
Make sure you've downloaded the correct firmware file.
Switch to another USB port and retry.
Disable system antivirus and retry.
Run the program as administrator.
Restart the PC and retry.
Restart firmware update process and retry.
Use another PC and retry.
Disconnect, reconnect and retry.
Use other network.
Shorten cable length / Use another cable and retry.
If you have installed the ZeroPlus Driver before, remove it and retry.
Use VPM and retry.
Please try the troubleshooting methods below:
1. Make sure the latest UFB-Fusion firmware is installed first.
2. Make sure the converter LED is on when it is plugged in Console/PC.
3. Switch to another USB port and retry.
4. Use other fighting sticks / controllers and retry.
5. Switch to other mode on fighting sticks and retry.
6. Connect the UFB-Fusion to PC, launch Device and Printers, and test to see if button presses are registered.

Q : Does J6-1 have the same function as J6 ?
A : Yes, they are for power. You can choose either one of them for power.
Q : My UFB-Fusion cannot play PS5 fighting games and shows " PS5 games cannot be played with the current controller " ? What can I do ?
A : Update the firmware.
B : Try other USB cable.
C : Switch to S4 mode (Hold down 2P button and then plug USB cable to PC / console)
* Hold down Option (menu) button and then plug USB cable to PC / console to switch back to the automatic detection mode.
Q : My UFB-Fusion does not work on Xbox one ? What can I do ?
A : Update the firmware.
