DELIVERY TIMES
We use Australia Post for all our shipments. Most orders will be dispatched on the same day if placed by 2pm AEST. The shipping estimates below apply after your order leaves our warehouse.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS
We have multiple warehouses. Some orders require multiple shipments from different warehouses. We will notify you if this applies to your order, as it will arrive in separate deliveries.
TRACKING
We will add a tracking number to your order upon processing, and we’ll also email it to you. You can use this tracking number to keep an eye on your delivery, however please take note that tracking is provided by Australia Post and might not be 100% accurate.
INSURANCE AND OTHER OPTIONS
Our checkout process allows you to choose standard or express delivery, insurance and sign on delivery options for your package. As Pincade cannot be held liable for packages lost in transit we recommend insurance and even signature on delivery if your package is particularly valuable. Australia Post includes $100 cover by default.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We use Australia Post for international orders, they handle carriage to the destination country and then the parcel is handed over to the local postage service. You have the choice of a standard or express option and both choices include tracking. We’ve shipped parcels all over the world including to New Zealand, Germany, Mexico, Singapore, the United Kingdom and Turkey to name a few destinations.
Please note that due to tarrif complexities we’re currently not shipping to the USA.
